SPAR’s motto is participatory and we approach this goal by focusing our efforts on marginalized women and children, tribal peoples, unemployed youth and families living below the poverty line. In order to have the greatest impact, SPAR uses a holistic approach working in a variety of fields: education, health, the environment, socio-economic and livelihood development, small group support, advocacy and networking.
