SPAR aspires to earn a better future for our referral people by more strengthening people’s organisations, creating self-reliance among the marginalised people through a larger number of SH Groups, extensive capacitation of our people to address the issues related to their lives and livelihoods and effectively implement people’s plan to achieve sustainable and holistic development of the community at large.
