This organisation is working on gender awareness and improvement of the status of women. It also takes active interest in issues like family conflicts, bride burning, alcoholism and other social evils. Women's groups have been formed in the 4 villages they are working in.

Villagers of this organisation's working area could understand that employment opportunities were shrinking for the rural people, which is affecting the socio-cultural fabric of the society. Women are the worst victims. Even the common people are now denied of basic health services, education, legal aid services which were once provided by the government free of cost or at nominal charges. Women have realized that how urgent it was to participate in the political process of the country right from the Panchayat level for bringing sustainable development in their areas. The skill training on income generation programme helped the women of different villages to upgrade their skills for better living.
