This is an organisation working with the culturally isolated and economically deprived people through participatory process for sustainable development. Members of the people's organisation are organising seminars and workshops on different issues. Development activities are going on as per the people's plan. They are also trying to mobilise resources from different agencies for the development of the villages.

The P.O of the working area of this organisation is actively working independently. They are preparing their own plan. 24 Self Help Groups(SHGs) were formed in the villages. Out of these, 9 groups have already opened the bank account. The SHGs are conducting meetings and other activities on regular basis.

The women members of the people's organisation are keeping relation with local bank. They are also keeping relation with local doctors to know the preventive health care. Health awareness has increased among the villagers of the area.
