The concept of the organisation workers regarding the structure of the organisation and its culture, need for specific distribution of roles and responsibilities has developed. Promotion of second-line and collective leadership is being given much importance. The capacitation programmes, organised by SPAR, have helped to develop the conceptual clarity of the workers and enhance their knowledge and understanding about different issues like globalisation, gender perspective etc.
