This organisation is conducting awareness generation and child welfare programme as also the anti-alcohol and immunisation campaign. Members of the people's organisation are organising various trainings and seminars on different issue- based topics.

All these programmes helped the people of that area to become aware of the different development approaches and the philosophy behind it. People are in a position to analyse critically the happenings both in micro and macro level. People are demanding their rights at the local and government level. People are taking very active part in the local decision making process such as Gram Samsad, Gram Sabha etc. Members of PO have taken initiative for resource mobilization.

Apart from SPAR supported programme, they are also running Sustainable Agriculture Programme. They have 11 groups who are doing their agricultural activities through organic manure use. The workers of the organisation have tried to make the people understand about the role of women for the development of the areas.
