A Quarterly Bengali Journal
SPAR publishes a journal "Phullora" in Bengali to propagate the significance and efficacy of People's Participatory Process along with the ideas and concepts on alternative development. Many thought providing articles on Strategic issues like imbalance in eco-system, health and sanitation, widening gap between rich and poor, advance effect of globalisation and human rights are published in the journal.
