This organisation is working on empowerment of women and protection of forest resources. People's Organisation (P.O) has been formed. The workers as well as the village level volunteers are taking initiatives for development of adivasis also.

The workers as well as the village level volunteers of this organisation take initiatives for development of adivasis (tribals) and issue-based movement at the village level.

The management system of the organisation has also improved. The collective as well as second line leadership has become quite strong here. The workers are now capacitated to facilitate the people's organisation through participatory approach.
