This organisation is working in the district Gumla of Jahrkhand mostly among the tribals where village infrastructures like irrigation water, road and power and education are scanty. It is taking up programmes to create empowerment opportunities in rural areas.

Workers of this organisation regularly monitored the development activities of the villages. In the village meetings villagers boldly expressed their plans and programmes for area development Most of the women in this area are very much conscious about their rights and obligations. During this period, they celebrated International women day and presented their opinion in this rally programme.
